SafeAssign Download All Submissions Not Working At Times

Description:
Users cannot download Safe Assign submissions via the SafeAssign Items page and select "Download All Submissions".

This does not happen for every Safe Assign assignment but there are several. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator 
  2. Access a course > Quick Enroll 
  3. Go to Content and create a SafeAssign assignment with unlimited attempts. Assign 11 students. 
  4. Using the Preview student mode, submit the assignment with a basic file like a Word document and submit 5 times with the same file.
  5.  As the instructor go to Course tools > SafeAssign > SafeAssign Items > Click into assign 11 and click on 'Download All Submissions'
Observed Behavior: The submissions download as expected. 
  1. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with another 10 submissions so the total now is 15
Observed Behavior: The submissions download as expected. 
  1.  Repeat steps 4 and 5 with another 10 submissions so the total now is 25
Observed Behavior: The submissions download as expected.
  1. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with another 5 submissions so the total now is 30


Observed Behavior:  
The download does not happen and an error is displayed. 

Expected Behavior: 
A ZIP package is downloaded to the PC. 




 




Information:

Issue is present in Original Experience. 

While the Originality reports are viewable individually in the GUI, the issue is preventing the download of the submissions in Bulk via the Safe Assign tool.
