In the Ultra experience, when a user that does not have a system administrator role attempts to see the Student's username on the Student Information page in the Grade Center, s/he can only see the Student's ID but not the username. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Enroll a user (who does not have the System admin role) as an instructor (role ID: P) into an Ultra course
  3. Add a couple of students into the course
  4. As the instructor, open the Grade Center
  5. Go to the students tab in the list view. Both the usernames and student IDs are visible
  6. Click on one of the students to open the individual student information page.
Observed Behavior:
The instructor can only see the student ID.

Expected Behavior:
The instructor can see both the username and the student ID.
