LTI Web Links will not Open in the Blackboard App

Descripción: When students access LTI Web Link in the Blackboard App they receive the following error message:

Web page not available.
It was not possible to load the webpage at <URL link> because:
net :: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Instructor
  2. Create a course
  3. Go to Course Content
  4. Click Build Content > Web Link
  5. Enter the Name and URL link to a tool provider
  6. Check This link is to a Tool Provider option
  7. Click Submit
  8. Log into the Blackboard App as a Student
  9. Navigate to the Course Content
  10. Tap on the Web Link


Observed Behavior:
Student receives the following error message:
Web page not available
It was not possible to load the webpage at <URL link> because:
net :: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

Expected Behavior:
LTI web link opens.
 

 
Síntomas:

The LTI launch throws this error while redirecting from mobile app.

Refused to display https://middleware-bv.am4.com.br in a frame because it set &#39;X-Frame-Options&#39; to &#39;deny&#39;

Causa: This is due to the frame option 'X-Frame-Options' is set to 'deny'
