Descripción: The flexible grading accessed via Grades menu is broken for anonymous submissions that contains more than 10 students with accommodations and more than 20 regular attempts.

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
2. Create Ultra course and enroll 1 instructor and 30 students
3. As Instructor access the Roster and add to 10 students accommodations:
   1. Due date Accommodation
   2. Time Limit Accommodation 33%
4. Create two assignments.

5. As all 30 students make submissions (auto-submit)
6. As Instructor go to Ultra Base Navigation and click on Grades, locate the 'Anonymous Timed Assignment' and open its submission. Select any of the students to access Flexible Grading
7. Refresh page as asked and from Grades access the second assignment's submission attempt
8. Go back and repeat step 6

Observed Behavior:
When the flexible grading for anonymous timed attempt with students that have accommodations is accessed from Grades the following error message is displayed: 

'Oops! Something Broke'. 

If the accommodations were loaded from non-anonymous assignment the issue does not occur.
If Refresh is used again the anonymous timed attempts display errors.

Expected Behavior:
The flexible grading is loaded each time.
