In Ultra courses, when a group assignment is configured with a release condition that hides the item after a specific date, students are unable to view their full submission once the item is no longer visible. Unlike individual submissions, which continue to display the assignment content, submission details, and feedback after visibility expires, group submissions only display a summary view. This includes the grade and a feedback icon, but the actual submission content and instructor feedback are not accessible.

When viewing group attempts, the inline view of submitted files collapses after expanding the feedback panel if the assignment is using a grading rubric. This occurs when opening group attempts for assignments graded with a rubric. If the group attempt is opened while the feedback panel is closed, the uploaded file is rendered inline. Once the feedback panel is opened the frame containing the rendered file is no longer showing.

Performance issues have been identified after upgrading Self-Hosted instances to Learn 3900.114. These include elevated CPU usage that begins approximately 30 minutes after system startup. If Tomcat services are not manually restarted within 2 to 3 hours, the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) eventually hangs and restarts automatically. This behavior is triggered when the Cloud Connector is blocked.

When an exam configured with Respondus LockDown Browser includes adaptive release conditions, users may encounter a gray screen with no visible content. However, exams without adaptive release settings function as expected. As a workaround, Respondus recommends placing the exam inside a folder that has the adaptive release rules applied, rather than assigning them directly to the exam itself.
