When customers configured Registration Fees based on a Rate Schedule range by Credits and used Residency Statuses, the system incorrectly identified the effective date of the applicable rate when multiple rates existed for the same bill codes, some of which included the "All statuses" residency, while others did not. Now, the effective date takes precedence when identifying the correct date, then all other attributes. |

The student’s ledger card displayed unexpected pending charges for a transaction code configured with an effective date in the future under Configuration > Student Accounts > Billing Methods. The pending charges are now displayed correctly based on the rate schedule set in the billing method at the transaction code level. |
