In Ultra courses, the sort order of student names differs between Attendance and Gradebook CSV downloads, particularly when names contain special characters like apostrophes. This inconsistency can cause issues when comparing or processing grading data.

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
3. Enroll multiple users with different names
4. Make sure at least one user has an apostrophe
5. Access a course and go to the Attendance tool
6. Export the Attendance data
7. Navigate to the Gradebook and download the full Gradebook
8. Open both CSV files and compare the sort order of student names
9. Note the behavior when names contain special characters such as apostrophes
