Release Overview
Regulatory US 25.5.0 provides enhancements for Application Processing, COD, Clearinghouse, and IPEDS processes, Automated Awarding Fund Source Rules, and resolutions for reported issues.
Anthology continues to improve performance and reliability in the product, as described in the Resolutions section of the release notes, as applicable.

Upgrade Rollout Plans for Regulatory US 25.5.0:
- Anthology Cloud 2.0 — This update will be applied to your environments in accordance with your Master Services Agreement (MSA) in alignment with the schedule below:
East Coast US/Canada:
Non-Production: Sunday, 11th May 2025, at 10 PM EST
Production: Sunday, 25th May 2025, at 10 PM EST
West Coast US:
Non-Production: Monday, 12th May 2025, at 10 PM EST
Production: Monday, 26th May 2025, at 10 PM EST
- Anthology Cloud 1.0, CampusNet, and On-Premises customers — If you would like to apply this update, please submit an upgrade request; scheduling will occur based on availability.
Release Highlights
This release contains the following enhancements:
- SAI Calculator additions: Parent/Parent Spouse Type tax return questions and Canadian provinces
- Automated COD Export and Import changes for 2025-26 (support for 5c Schema, multiple CIP Codes, Ability to Benefit updates)
- Campus-Level security for Clearinghouse and IPEDS processes
- Automated Awarding Fund Source Rules check for comment codes
