When attempting to mark attendance, the attendance tool returns the error 'Oops! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Reloading the Page.

Note: this issue is not replicable from scratch. It has only been identified in one client's environment.
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator or instructor
- Navigate to System Administrator tab > Courses >Access any Ultra Course
- Click on Mark Attendance under the Details and Actions section
Observed Behavior:
The error message 'Oops! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Reloading the Page.' is displayed.
Expected Behavior:
The Attendance tool should open without any errors.
