Cannot Log Into the Blackboard App After Token Expired

Descripción:

Users are unable to log into the Blackboard App after their authentication token expires, preventing continued access to the platform via the mobile application.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Account Lock Settings > Mobile App Token Timeout > Set for 4 Hours
  3. Click on Submit
  4. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
  5. Enroll a user in the course and log in using the Android App
  6. After 3 hours, this dialog box appears: 'Session expire soon, save your work and log back again'
  7. After an hour, log out from the App
  8. Reenter the username and password

Observed Behavior:
The user was not able to log in and the following error is displayed: There seems to be an issue on our side please try again later.

Expected Behavior:
The user should be able to log in.
