Descripción:
Users are unable to log into the Blackboard App after their authentication token expires, preventing continued access to the platform via the mobile application.
Pasos para repetir:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Navigate to System Admin > Account Lock Settings > Mobile App Token Timeout > Set for 4 Hours
- Click on Submit
- Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
- Enroll a user in the course and log in using the Android App
- After 3 hours, this dialog box appears: 'Session expire soon, save your work and log back again'
- After an hour, log out from the App
- Reenter the username and password
Observed Behavior:
The user was not able to log in and the following error is displayed: There seems to be an issue on our side please try again later.
Expected Behavior:
The user should be able to log in.
