Descripción:

When instructors try to grade assignments associated with rubrics using either the 'Students' or the 'Gradable Items' tabs in the Gradebook, the rubric does not show in the grading page.

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
2. Create a an Ultra Course
3. Create an assignment or an assessment
4. Use a Rubric (any type)
5. Make sure the assignment or the assessment is available to students
6. Log in as a student > Submit an Attempt
7. Return to the Instructor view
8. Go to Gradebook > Students (tab)
9. Select the student from the 'Full Name' column
10. Select the assignment from the 'Item Name' column
11. Notice: The Rubric is not displaying on the right side of the page under the 'Overall Feedback' section
12. Go back to Gradebook > Gradable Items (tab)
13. Select the assignment from the 'Item Name' column
14. Select the student from the 'Student' column

Observed Behavior:
The Rubric is not displaying on the right side of the page under the 'Overall Feedback.' 

Expected Behavior:
The Rubric will display on the right side of the page under the 'Overall Feedback.'
