Descripción:

When instructors create an announcement for Original Courses via Mobile App and select 'Send Email Copy', no emails are received. 

For web view the emails are sent. 

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator 
2. Create an Original Course and enroll an instructor and a student with email addresses
3. Access the course as an instructor > Course Tools > Announcements > Create new announcement from web
4. Select 'Send a copy of this announcement immediately'
5. Submit and wait for an email
6. Observe both your users receive email.
7. Log in as the instructor into the Mobile App > Courses > Original Course > Announcements > Create
8. Add Subject - Mobile App Original Announcement
9. Add Content - some text
10. Release Options - select Send Email Copy
11. Submit and wait for an email.

Observed Behavior:

The email is received only for the announcement created in web view, but not for the one created via Mobile App. 

Expected Behavior: 

There should be no difference between the Announcement created in Web view and in Mobile App.
