Release Highlights
This release contains the following enhancements:
- Branding Update for Anthology Finance & HCM:
We are excited to introduce the latest update to Anthology Finance & HCM, now aligned with Anthology's new branding.
- IPEDS Reporting Enhancements:
We are excited to announce enhancements to our IPEDS reporting functionality to IPEDS report - Salary Worksheet, now offering the ability to report in either Summary or Detail. The default "Summary" option provides aggregate totals of staff for calculation of the total number of months (Contract length) filtered by the employment status and the instructional status. Our new "Details" option allows you to view specific employee names that make up the summary information.
- Integration Enhancements:
We have introduced a streamlined approach to publishing earning codes with full date range coverage, ensuring comprehensive visibility across effective-dated configurations. The system now publishes one consolidated earning code record for each unique code, along with its current configuration, spanning the entire lifespan of all effective dated versions.
You can choose between two publishing options:
Full Push, which publishes a single record for each unique earning code covering its full date range.
Incremental Push, which includes earning codes with updates since the last publication, as well as those with a ValidTo or ValidFrom date before the last publication date.
- Pennsylvania Act 32 Reporting:
We have introduced a new "Locals option" menu in the "Local taxes creation" pane, allowing you to generate separate XML files for different local tax reporting needs. You can now choose "Primary locals" for all locals except Pennsylvania LST reporting, and "Other locals" for Pennsylvania LST reporting. Clients not reporting to Pennsylvania can use the default "All locals" option. Additionally, EEO Unit Numbers are no longer required for worksites, addresses with latitude and longitude now include street address information, and multi-line addresses no longer have extra characters inserted.
- Extended Kentucky Local Tax Support in Anthology Payroll:
In this latest release, we have extended support for local tax types in Kentucky. Anthology Payroll now includes:
Campbell County – Mental Health Tax
Campbell County – Senior Citizens Tax: When you run a local tax assessment for the first time with a qualifying address in Campbell County, these taxes will automatically be added to your configuration and transacted seamlessly.
