Descripción:

In Ultra Courses when adding images/documents in the Instructions area of Assignments, the documents do not get Instructor Feedback Ally or Alternate Format icons like the other supported locations do.  The items show in the Ally Course Report but there are no icons to allow instructors correct accessibility items on the page directly or icons for students to use Alternate Formats. 

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience which has Ally setup as an administrator 
2. Access an Ultra Course
3. On the main Content page create a new test, a new assignment and a new document
4. Add a file attachment to each of them in the Assignment Instructions WYSIWYG editor window
5. Wait a while for Ally to scan the files or manually sync a file on the course and then check the items again in the GUI

Observed Behavior:

Ally Instructor Feedback and Alternate Format icons for the attached files do not show on the Assignment Instruction page. The file icons show in the other locations. All the attached files do show in the Ally Course Report. 

Expected Behavior:

Ally Instructor Feedback icons and Alternate Format icons would show for all these files in these three locations so their accessibility issues can be addressed right on the page.
