Release 3900.100 Editing Ultra Locale is Missing Most Language Strings

Descripción: Custom Ultra Language Packs are missing many of the language strings.

 

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Tools and Utilities > Language Packs 
  3. In the Context Menu next to English (United States‭) click on Manage
  4. Under Ultra Language Pack click on 'Create Custom Ultra Locale'
  5. Leave 'Select a Base Locale as English (United States‭)' and click on Continue

Observed Behavior:
There are only 98 strings available to edit.

Expected Behavior: 
There should be about 15973 strings available to edit.
 

 



Información: This issue only affects release 3900.100 and can be replicated with all languages including new and existing customizations. The strings vary per language between 90-100.
