Descripción: When a user with an administrator role uploads a file in preview mode within a course, and the file exceeds the allowed maximum size, they will receive a different message than the one configured.
Pasos para repetir:
- Login to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Go to System Admin > System Configuration > File Size limits
- Add a new custom file group with video formats for example webm, mkv, mp4, m4p
- Set the file size limit of the custom group to 0 MB
- Add a new Alternative storage location message and Submit
- Access an Ultra course with an assignment that allows to upload a file
- Using the Preview user, try to upload a video file with one of the included formats in step 3
The file will not upload. The following message will display:
'Your file can't be loaded at the moment. Please check your connection or try again later.'
If the file is uploaded by a user that does not have an administrator role, like an instructor or a student, the message set in step 5 will show.
Expected Behavior:
The message set in the file size limit configuration shows consistently.
