Wrong Decimal Separator is Shown in Calculated Formula Questions for Language Packs Using Decimal Comma

Description: When the values used in Calculated Formula questions contain decimals, the decimal point is used despite the native decimal separator is for the Language Pack decimal comma.
Steps to Replicate:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Create an Ultra Course and enroll an instructor in it
- Select the Language Pack that uses a decimal comma by one of the following options
Option 1:
Set the course language to the one that uses Decimal Comma.
Option 2:
Set user's language pack to the one that uses Decimal Comma. - Access the course and create a test
Create a calculated formula question. For example:
Question text: How much is [x]*[y]?
Formula: x*y
Click on option Display formula to students
For values select range 0,01-9,99 and select at least 1 decimal place - Finish creating the question and save the test
- Access the Student Preview mode and observe the test
Observed Behavior:
The question uses decimal point, the formula uses decimal comma.
Expected Behavior:
The only expected decimal separator is decimal comma.
