Producto: Learn SaaS

Versión: SaaS

Paquetes de servicio: Ultra

Descripción: In the Ultra experience, the presence of page breaks in an assessment interferes with the Flexible Grading screen's ability to regrade manual questions that have been given full credit. Submissions made after the full credit is granted are not affected.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator or instructor
  2. Within an Ultra experience course, create a test
  3. Add at least one auto-graded question such as True/False, Matching, or Fill-In-The-Blank
  4. Add at least one question that requires manual grading, such as Essay
  5. Add a Page Break
  6. Add at least one more question of any type on the second page
  7. Save the test and make it available to students
  8. As a student, submit an attempt for the test
  9. As an instructor, go to the Gradebook
  10. Open the test attempt in Flexible Grading
  11. Edit every question that requires manual grading
  12. Check the Give full credit to everyone option
  13. Click on Save
  14. At the prompt asking to update and regrade the question, click Update

Observed Behavior:
The student's attempt still requires manual grading.

Expected Behavior:
The student's attempt should be automatically graded.

Resolución/Solución alternativa: Use Flexible grading to remove the Full Credit option and then use the Content screen to re-add the option.
