Descripción: Instructors are unable to download a student's certificate for printing. When they click the print icon, it takes them to another page.

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
2. Access a course 
3. Click on Achievements under 'Course Tools'
4. Click on Recipients on the right side
5. Click on one student
6. Click on the Print icon on the certificate

Observed Behavior: 
The browser takes the instructor to the old institution page preventing the preview and printing of the certificate. 


Expected Behavior:
The instructor  is able able to preview and print the certificate.
