Description: When the Mobile building block has authentication set to "Force To Web" users of the Android Blackboard App will see a native onscreen keyboard that displays two buttons: “Remove Access” and “Access Account”. Those buttons can be used on Android to pre-fill data on forms however in this situation they do not work as expected. When trying to auto fill authentication details nothing is entered into the login form.

Steps to Replicate: Prerequisite: Make sure the Mobile Building Block has authentication set to "Force to Web"

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator using the Blackboard Mobile App
  2. Try to use the “Removed Access” and “Access Account” buttons on an Android device

Observed Behavior:
The “Remove Access” and “Access Account” buttons does not allow the user to auto fill authentication details.

Expected Behavior:
The “Remove Access” and “Access Account” buttons work correctly and lets the user authenticate using saved credentials or remove the credentials.
