Descripción: In the Ultra Experience, the Question Analysis Report miscalculates the average time spent in an assignment. This is noticed when the assessment is not Auto-Graded. What appears to be happening is that the time spent is being calculated as "Total Attempt Time" plus the "Time it took the Instructor to grade from time of submission".

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator/instructor 
2. Navigate to an Ultra course and enroll an instructor and a student
3. Create a Test with at least one question that does not auto-grade such as an essay. The "post grade automatically" option is not a factor and can be anything. Test title is test1 and has one T/F question and one Essay Question
4. Log in as the student and take the test. Do it relatively quickly. 30 seconds is more than enough
5. Navigate to the course as the instructor > Click on the (...) menu for the content item > Question Analysis > Rerun the Report and then check the "Average Time Spent" section of the report

Note: Average Time Spent shows as 00:00:33

6. Wait a minute to 5 minutes and go to the Grade Center> grade the essay question and post the grade
7. Go back to the Question Analysis Report > rerun it and check the Average Time Spent

Observed Behavior:
Average Time Spent shows as 00:03:51 which is the 33 seconds the attempt took from launch to submission plus the time period from submission to the grading of the assessment.

Expected Behavior:
Average Time Spent would only ever include the elapsed attempt time and would show as 33 seconds.
