
In Ultra Deleting a Discussion Board Post with Replies Shows the Post Deleted Message Instead of Post a Response to see Discussion Activity

Descripción: When a discussion board is created with the 'Post first' feature enabled, deleting a post with replies does not let students with no posts see the message "Post a response to see discussion activity". Instead, the student sees the post deleted with the message "This response has been deleted by xxxx".
Pasos para repetir:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Create a course in Ultra view and enroll 3 students
- Go to Discussion > "+" > Add discussion
- Give the discussion a name an place any topic
- Click on Discussion Settings > under 'Details & Information' enable the 'Post First' option > Save
- As student 1 place any comments
- As student 2 post any comments and then reply to the comment from student 1
- As student 1 delete your post without deleting the replies > You will see that posts shows as 'This response has been deleted by student 1'
- Access as Student 3 in the discussion board
Observed Behavior:
Student 3 sees the message: 'This response has been deleted by student 1'.
Expected Behavior:
Student 3 sees the message: 'Post a response to see discussion activity'.
