Reset Password Link not Working in the First Attempt With Mobile Browser

Descripción: In mobile browsers, the reset password link does not work on the first attempt.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Users 
  3. Create a new user, by clicking on the option Create User 
  4. While creating the user, make sure to fill the Email field with a valid email and Submit
  5. Sign out of the environment after the user is created
  6. Open the login page in a browser from your mobile/cellphone and click on the option Forgot Password?
  7. Fill the form to change password (any of the option from the list)
  8. In your mobile/cellphone, check your inbox and open the reset password link sent by Blackboard
  9. Fill the form to complete the password change
  10. Make sure all checkmarks are green and Submit

Observed Behavior: 
The login page appears again, with no indication that the password was changed. When we try to log in, the password is not reset.

Expected Behavior: 
The page should show that the password has been successfully changed, and logging in should work with the new password.

 


Resolución/Solución alternativa: The second attempt to reset the password succeeds, and the password is successfully changed.
