Descripción: Adding Decimal Value to Maximum Points in an Assignment While Using Language Packs With Decimal Commas Resets Them to Default 100.

When a user selects Spanish as their Language Pack they are not able to set decimal values for total achievable points in the assignments.

When they add a value, for example 0,5 and save it, it resets to 100 points.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Administrator Panel > Courses
  3. Create an Ultra Course and enroll an instructor
  4. As the instructor create an assignment
  5. Open the assignment's Settings and change the maximum point value to 0.5 and save it
  6. Access the User Profile and change the Language Pack to the one that uses decimal comma (i.e. Spanish).
  7. Return to the assignment and change the maximum points to 1,5 and save it.

Observed Behavior:
The maximal point value is changed to default 100.

Expected Behavior:
The maximal point value is changed to 1.5.

Información: This issue only affects the Spanish Language Pack with decimal commas, for the English Language pack the value 0.5 can be used.
