Descripción: Users are unable to scroll in Grade Center on Google Chrome or Safari browsers using an iPad.

Pasos para repetir:

Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator using an iPad (Safari or Google Chrome as browsers)
Access an Ultra Course
Access the Grade Center > Full Grade Center

Observed Behavior:
The user is unable to see more than 5 columns as well as the scroll bar.

Expected Behavior:
The user is able to see more than 5 columns and should be able to see the scroll bar.
