Descripción: Students do not get enrolled automatically in groups after the self-enrollment due date is over. This issue occurs only when group is copied from one course to another course. If it is a newly created course then there is no issue.

Students are supposed to get automatically enrolled in groups if self-enrollment due date is over.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Login to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra course and enroll several students.
  3. Create a group set and make it Self-enrollment and Available to students
  4. Provide a date for the Enrollment end date. Select today or a day in the past and save the group set
  5. Copy the course created above. Make an exact copy
  6. In the copied course go to the Group Set and add a date for the Enrollment end date.
  7. Select today or a day in the past and Save the group set
Note: When the enrollment period ends, students who haven't joined a group should be assigned automatically. This is an overnight task that assigns the students automatically.
  1. Wait for the next day and check the groups.
Observed Behavior:
The next day in the first course there are no unassigned students. In the copied course none of the students were automatically assigned to groups.

Expected Behavior:
The next day all students to be assigned to groups.
