For Self-Hosted environments, the URL entered into the Cloud Connector screen needs to match the Fully Qualified Domain Name.
- The hostname for production should not be reused for test.
- The URL must be preceded with https:// not http://.
If Blackboard runs from behind a firewall as a test server or for security reasons, the firewall will need to be opened to use these features.
To open bidirectional communication to Cloud Services, the firewall must be configured to
