Descripción: Deleting a file from the Content Collection causes invalid links in content areas as expected, however if files are listed below the invalid linked file they show the incorrect icon.

Pasos para repetir:

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Access any Original Course and quick enroll as Instructor
3. Content Area > Build Content > Item
   • Add Title
   • Nothing has to be added to the Content Editor
   • Attach 3 files using the Attached Files section of the Item (Do not use the Content Editor)
   • Submit
4. Access Control Panel > Content Collection > Course Folder
   • Delete one of the files
5. View the Content area where the Item was created and observe

Observed Behavior:
The file is showing as invalid file as expected however the files below that are showing the ! invalid icon

Expected Behavior:
Only the file removed from the Content Collection should be showing as an Invalid File
