Printing the Ultra User Interface does not Work Correctly

Descripción: The Ultra user interface is not amenable to Printing. Areas in the Original Experience courses which printed correctly before Ultra Base Navigation was not turned on print poorly after Ultra Base Navigation is enabled.

Pasos para repetir:

  1. Log into a Blackboard Learn SaaS environment, with Ultra Base Navigation enabled
  2. Enter an Original Experience Course
  3. Navigate to Grade Center > Full Grade Center
  4. Use the browser to print the page
Expected Behavior:
The printing results are similar to those before enabling Ultra Base Navigation. 

Observed Behavior:
There is a lot of overlapping text, and objects that are not visible on the screen may be printed.

 


Resolución/Solución alternativa: If trying to print the Grade Center:
  1. Use the Work Offline feature to download the Grade Center as a spreadsheet
  2. Print the spreadsheet instead
For other content:
  1. Copy and paste the content into a Word processing document
  2. Re-format as needed
  3. Print the document instead

Información: The Blackboard Learn application user interface is best for on-screen display in both the Ultra and Original navigation and course Experiences.
